We've been at Plot No. C-1/91-1 in Vatva for a while now. It's just a regular setup in Phase-1 GIDC. Most days we are busy with orders. Sometimes things get loud in the workshop but that's just how it is. We started Alfa Industries because we knew the trade. It isn't a huge place, just enough room for the machines and a small office area. People around Vatva know where we are. We don't do much fancy stuff here. We just show up, get the work done, and go home. Usually, the gates open early. My cousin helps with the books and I handle the floor. It's a lot of grease and metal. Sometimes we run late if a machine acts up. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this part of the GIDC. Our neighbors are alright, we all just try to keep things moving. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just use what we have and try to be honest about the timing. If you walk past C-1/91-1, you’ll probably see us loading a truck or just sitting outside for a tea break. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it pays the bills and keeps us occupied. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us and the equipment. Sometimes the floor gets crowded when a big shipment comes in and we have to move everything around to make space. It's a bit of a puzzle every time, but we managed so far.
