Periwinkle Creations

We are over at Goyal Complex, B-72, right near the Sandesh Press in Vastrapur. It’s a good location, and being near the press means there’s always something going on nearby. We call ourselves Periwinkle Creations. It’s a small operation. We do creative work, which means our office is usually a disaster zone of paper scraps, fabric swatches, and half-finished designs. There isn't much of a system to the mess, but we know where everything is. The building itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of stuff. We have a couple of large tables where we spread everything out to work. It’s mostly just a few of us. We spend our days sketching, measuring, and arguing about which colors look better together. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We play the radio in the background and talk a lot while we work. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one on the door. People usually find us by word of mouth. We’ve been in Vastrapur for a few years and we like the vibe here. It’s a busy area but has its own character. We don't have a big master plan for the business. We just take one project at a time and try to make something that looks decent. It’s just how we like to work.
