We are located at No. 11, Race Course Road in Guindy, which is where Penta Force Batteries Pvt. Ltd. operates from. Being near the race course means there is a lot of open space around, but our day-to-day is mostly spent inside the warehouse and office. We deal with batteries, which are heavy and take up a lot of room, so we are always shuffling things around to make space. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the crates and moving equipment. It’s not the quietest office because of the fans and the sound of the loading dock. Guindy is a big hub for businesses like ours, so we feel right at home here. We have a small team that handles the charging and the testing. It's a lot of physical labor, moving those heavy units and making sure they are ready to go for the people who need them. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on the fact that people need batteries and they know we are here on Race Course Road. The building is functional—nothing more, nothing less. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it wouldn't make the batteries any better. We just show up, do our checks, and get the orders out. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just focus on the batteries every single day.
