Patidar Timber Mart

If you go down to New Bhoiguda, you’ll see Patidar House at number 10. That’s us. We’ve been dealing in timber for quite some time now. The yard is usually full of different kinds of wood, from big logs to cut planks. It smells like sawdust and fresh sap most mornings, which isn't a bad way to start the day. The guys working here are used to the heavy lifting. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come in from all over. New Bhoiguda is a busy place for this kind of work, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights. What you see is what you get—stacks of timber and people working. Some days it gets pretty hot out in the yard, but we just keep moving. We know our wood types and what they're good for, whether someone is building a roof or making furniture. We don't use much technology besides an old phone and some ledgers. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. Customers come in, tell us what they need, and we help them find it in the stacks. It’s straightforward. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just sell wood and try to be fair about it. It is a simple business at the end of the day.
