Parth Const

Our office is tucked away in C 703 of Gaurav Tower, right near Prabhat Chowk in the Ghatlodiya area. If you know Ranna Park, then you are pretty close to where we operate. It is a bit of a climb up to the seventh floor, but the view of the traffic below is something else. We do basic construction work, mostly around this part of Ahmedabad. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy site visits done early in the morning. Parth Const is basically just us trying to get things built without too much fuss. We deal with suppliers, hunt for good bricks, and make sure the cement shows up on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in narrow lanes, and that’s a whole headache on its own. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It is just a local setup where we know the neighbors and the local shops. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around half-finished buildings. We have been in 380061 for a while, so we know the ground here pretty well. It’s not always easy work, especially when the rain starts, but we manage to keep the projects going. Drop by if you’re near Gaurav Tower; someone is usually there unless we are all out at a site. We might be covered in a bit of plaster or dust, but that’s just the job. We enjoy the process of seeing a floor go from nothing to something solid.
