Out here in Sayara, near Modasa in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat, you’ll find Parsvnath Developers Ltd. Our office is pretty simple since we spend most of our time out on the land or at construction sites. We handle development projects around this part of the state. It’s a bit different from the big city offices; things move at a slightly different pace here, but we’re still just as busy. We deal with local builders and people from the community who are looking to do something with their land. The office is mostly for keeping the books straight and having a place to meet. It’s practical and basic. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk about what’s possible and what isn't. Some days involve a lot of driving around the district to check on progress. The weather out here can be tough, but we’re used to it. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we just do our job without much fuss. If you’re passing through Sayara, that’s where we are. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of work to get through. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We try to stay organized, even if the filing system is just a bunch of boxes in the corner.
