We are located at 13/B, Sonal Nagar in Chandlodiya, Ahmedabad. This is where Parsvnath Developers Ltd. operates from. It’s more of a local neighborhood vibe here. The office is basically a small room with some shelves and a couple of computers. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just the address. Chandlodiya is a growing area, so being here makes sense for a development company. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, so the office is often empty except for one or two of us handling the calls. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to get the buildings up and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're trying to solve a problem with a site plan. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a call. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We just focus on the projects we have in Ahmedabad. Parsvnath Developers Ltd. is just a group of people working hard in a small office in Sonal Nagar. That’s pretty much the whole story. We deal with the day-to-day stuff as best as we can.
