Odhav is an industrial and residential mix, so there is always a lot of activity on Nikol Road. The office is tucked away in Manmohanpark, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main street. We do a lot of reality work, but we don't act like those big fancy firms you see in the movies. It’s mostly just us handling local property stuff and talking to people from the neighborhood. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the newest, but they are comfortable enough. We spend a lot of our time out on the road looking at different plots or buildings. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on all the admin work that piles up. Ahmedabad is a big city, and Odhav has its own specific vibe. We like it here. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit often. Our setup is pretty basic because we prefer to spend our money on things that actually help the business run. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glitzy lobby. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day.
