If you head down S.P. Road and look for the RKV Complex at the cross, that’s where you’ll find us at number 13. It’s a pretty central spot, so we see a lot of different people coming through the complex every day. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to organize it so that everything has its place, more or less. Some days the piles of paperwork get a bit high, but we eventually get through it. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. The neighbors in the other units are friendly, and we often find ourselves chatting in the hallway about how the week is going. It feels like a little community inside the building. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shop, checking the mail, and seeing what needs to be handled first. We try to keep things simple. If a customer comes in, we just talk to them like normal people. No sales pitches or anything like that. We just see what they need and try to help out. The afternoon sun hits the windows at a certain angle, making it a bit warm, so we usually have a fan going. It’s a modest setup, but it works for what we do. We’re just happy to be here and keep the business running. Every day is a little different, and that keeps things interesting enough for us in this corner.
