Parikh Packaging

Our place is out on the Sarkhej S Vavla Highway in Changodhar. If you know where the Rotomac Pen factory is, we are right across from there. It is an industrial area, so it gets quite dusty with all the big trucks passing by. Parikh Packaging has been operating from here for a good amount of time now. The building is not new, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time out on the floor or managing the shipments coming in. It is loud sometimes because of the machinery and the highway traffic. We do not spend much money on decorating the front office. It is mostly just practical stuff like desks and some old filing cabinets. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes from the city. We have a small area where we eat lunch together. The weather gets really hot in the summer, especially under the tin roofs in parts of the facility. We just keep the fans going and keep working through it. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big order moving out, but we clean it up eventually. It is honest work and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the highway. We have seen a lot of other units open up nearby lately. It is a busy stretch of road. We just show up, do the packaging work, and go home. That is how it goes.
