It gets a bit hot in the late afternoons, so we usually open up the back doors to get a bit of air moving through the workspace. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down the road where we go when we need a short break from the noise. The staff here has been working together for a long time now, so we all know each other’s families and what is going on in the local neighborhood. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a fancy reception desk. You just walk in through the main door and you are right in the middle of all the action.
