We've been here at E-1161 in Phase IV for a good while now. Paragon Autotech Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us working on auto parts every day. It’s an industrial area, so it gets dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is. We mostly focus on getting the technical stuff right because if a part doesn't fit or work, it’s useless to everyone. We started small and stayed pretty focused on the actual manufacturing side of things. There are a lot of machines running here and people moving around trying to keep up with the schedule. It isn't a fancy office with carpets or anything like that. It's a shop floor. We handle different types of components for vehicles. Some days are smoother than others, especially when a machine breaks down or the heat gets too much in the summer. We just keep at it. People know us for being around this corner of the industrial area. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of the work comes from long-standing connections. We just try to make sure the dimensions are right and the materials are what they're supposed to be. If you walk in, you’ll see some of us in grease-stained shirts just trying to get the day's batch finished. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. That's about it for us here in Phase IV. We just do the job.
