If you go down to the G.I.D.C. Estate in Odhav, you’ll find us near the big water tank. We are at L-272. It’s a pretty standard industrial shed, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve been operating here for a good while. The area is always humming with the sound of machines and trucks moving in and out. Inside our place, it’s mostly just us working on whatever orders came in that week. We do a bit of everything in the industrial line. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing boxes. The office part is just a small corner with an old desk and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't mind it, though. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Most of our customers are other businesses in the estate or nearby. We just try to be reliable and get things out on time. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we’re busy. That’s just life at Pankti Associates. We don't need a lot of fuss to get through the day, just a steady stream of work and some good neighbors.
