You can find us at the Amrapali Shopping Mall. We are in shop number 36. It is right at the Ambli-Bopal Cross Road, so it is a very busy intersection. There is always cars honking and people moving around outside. We have been here in Ambli for a while now. The office is not huge, but we make it work for our needs. We have some desks and a small area where people can sit while they wait. We handle a lot of the local savings and small loans for our members. It is a Nidhi company, so everything stays within the group. We are not trying to be a giant bank. We like being small because we can actually talk to the people who come in. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood and the families around here. Sometimes the mall gets crowded on weekends, but our office stays pretty steady. We do not use any fancy language when we talk to people. We just explain the rules and help with the forms. If there is a mistake, we just fix it. It is a human way of doing things. We do not have a call center or anything like that. If you call, you just talk to one of us. It is straightforward and honest. We just do our bit to help people save their hard-earned money.
