We are Addis Realtech Llp and our place is near Jahanvee Restaurant as well. It’s a handy landmark for everyone who needs to visit us. Working in realtech means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and property details. It’s not always the most exciting work but it is important for getting things right. The area around the restaurant is usually buzzing with people which gives the office a bit of energy. We don't really bother with the corporate vibe. Our desks are usually a bit cluttered with papers and coffee cups. We just focus on the real estate side of things and try to help people figure out their property needs. It’s a straightforward business for us. We don't use any of those slogans you see on big billboards. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy but we just deal with it. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and we know the locals pretty well. If you are coming over just look for the restaurant and you’re basically there. We are usually inside or maybe out on a site visit nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work day by day without making much of a fuss about things.
