Jaybhole Textile

Jaybhole Textile is tucked away inside Laxmi Bazar, specifically at shop number 367. We are located directly across from the Panchkuva Sindhi Market on Panchmarg. If you have ever spent time in this part of the city, you know how crowded and full of color the streets get every day. Our shop is packed tight with large rolls of fabric and stacks of different cloth materials. We have been working in the textile trade for a long time now, so we know our way around the different weaves and threads quite well. It is a very busy place where customers are always coming in to feel the texture of the fabrics or check the specific colors under the light. The market outside is loud and chaotic, and we are right in the thick of it all. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it is mostly just wooden shelves packed all the way to the ceiling with bolts of cloth. Sometimes it is hard to find a place to sit down because we have so much stock taking up the floor space. We spend our days measuring out lengths, cutting fabric, and talking to our various suppliers. It is a traditional way of doing business, mostly face to face with the people who buy from us. We have seen the market change quite a bit over the years, but we just keep doing what we know.
