It’s a very industrial part of town, so there’s always trucks moving and noise from the nearby shops. We’ve got our setup here where we handle everything related to the machines we work with. It's not a clean, quiet office park; it’s a place where work actually gets done. We spend most of our time out on the floor or dealing with the technical side of the machinery. Being in Vatva makes sense for us because that’s where the industry is. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team is used to the heat and the pace of the estate. We don't really have a fancy website or a sales team that calls you all the time. Usually, people find us because they need something fixed or they need a specific part for their packaging setup. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it’ll take. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in. We handle the logistics ourselves mostly. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the machines running for everyone who relies on us. That's pretty much what we do every day. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that's usually our only break from the noise.
