If you know the area behind Tagore Hall, then you know exactly where Yash Shelters Limited is located. We're tucked away in Kochrab, specifically the Kagdiwad side. It’s an interesting part of the city with a lot of history. Our office isn't anything too flashy. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most days, it's just a few of us sitting around desks, going over blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the nearby hall carries over, but we've gotten used to it by now. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know the local streets and the people around. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with it. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements or trying to sound like a big multinational. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes things get a bit messy with paperwork, but we sort it out. Life here moves at its own pace. We focus on one project at a time so we don't get overwhelmed. If you're walking around Kagdiwad, you might see us coming and going from the site. We like the neighborhood. It feels real. It isn't sanitized like those new business districts. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever needs finishing that day. We don't have a giant team of experts, just regular people who know their way around.
