Swastik Reality

We are based in Jain Apartment, which is right behind Little Flower School. If you have ever dropped kids off there or live in the neighborhood, you probably know the building. It is a quiet enough area most of the day, except for when school lets out. Then it gets quite lively with all the parents and students around. We have been in this office for a good bit now. It is a simple setup inside Jain Apartment. We did not see the need for a big glass storefront or anything like that. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. Dealing with property here means we talk to a lot of families. We spend our mornings checking on listings and the afternoons meeting people who want to see a flat or a plot. It is regular work. We do not use any big words or complicated processes. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the school bells are loud, but we have gotten used to it. It is a nice landmark to have. Most people use the school to find their way to us. We are just a few people trying to make a living in the real estate world without too much fuss. No big corporate meetings here, just us sitting around a table getting things sorted for the locals. We might not have the fanciest office, but we have enough chairs for everyone.
