Shri Mahavir Develoeprs

We are located near Tejendra Park on Pt College Road. Being Shri Mahavir Develoeprs means we spend most of our time dealing with the grit of building sites. The road gets pretty busy with students and folks going to the park, so we have to watch the traffic when we bring in the heavy stuff. Our team isn't very large. It’s mostly just the core guys who’ve been doing this for years. We aren’t into the corporate way of doing things. No one wears a suit here. We’re usually in boots and covered in a bit of dust. We take on projects around this part of town because we know the ground well. Sometimes the soil is tricky or the pipes are old, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or arguing about the price of sand. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. If you’re walking toward the college, you’ll likely see our current project. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people seeing what we build. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just focus on getting the next floor finished and keeping things moving.
