Saanvi Nirman Properties Llp is over at 1a and 2a in the Faiz Mohamedi Society. It’s where we handle all our property-related business. The office is pretty basic, just a couple of units knocked together to give us enough space for our desks and files. We spend a lot of time looking at property papers and talking to people who are interested in what we have. Being in Faiz Mohamedi Society feels like being part of the community. It’s not a shiny corporate park, just a regular neighborhood where we can work in peace. We aren't into using big words or trying to sound like a huge company. We are just Saanvi Nirman Properties Llp. There are always a few of us here, usually drinking tea and trying to sort out the next task on the list. Property work can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and paperwork, but we manage. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local area quite well. If you come by the society, you’ll find us easily enough. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just talk to folks and try to be helpful. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us and keep us moving forward. We just take it one day at a time and do our best.
