S G Buildcon

S G Buildcon is located at 16, Gautambag Society. We are right opposite the Suvidha Shopping Center, which is handy because we can just walk across the street whenever we need anything. Being behind Chandanbala Flat keeps our office a bit shielded from the main noise of the shopping area, which is nice when we are trying to focus on our plans. We have a small office here where we handle everything from planning to the final handovers. It’s a pretty standard setup with a couple of computers and a lot of binders full of regulations and permits. We don't really go for any of that high-end office furniture. It is mostly just stuff we’ve gathered over the years that works well enough for us. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the sites get going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a place to live or work. The society is quiet for the most part, except for when people are coming and going from the shopping center. We have been doing this for a long time and we know the area inside out. We don’t really do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on the projects we have on our plate. It’s a simple life.
