Merlin Buildcon (Gujarat) Llp is situated near the Mahalaxmi Five Cross Road. If you live around here, you know how busy that intersection gets throughout the day. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. We have been doing this for several years now, mostly focusing on smaller projects that we can manage ourselves. We don't have a huge staff or a lot of expensive equipment that we don't need. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around a table covered in blueprints and coffee stains. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the guys at the sites or talking to the people who sell us the steel and timber. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go according to the plan we made on Monday morning. We don't have any big slogans or promises to show off. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done that day. People often stop by because they are walking to the shops nearby and see our sign. We tell them what we are working on and how long it might take. It's a very straightforward way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or expensive clothes. We just like building things and being part of the local community here near the cross road.
