J .K.H. Realty

We're located at number 23 in Mangal Park Society, right across from the Trupati Soc Derasar and not far from Anupurna Hall on Vikas Gruh Road. It's a quiet enough area most of the time, which is nice for a business like J .K.H. Realty. We aren't some massive corporation with offices all over the country. We're just a local team handling real estate right here in the neighborhood. People often stop by while they're out for a walk or on their way to the hall. We spend our time helping people find a place to live or sorting out the sales of older houses. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at properties, then coming back here to handle the paperwork. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with maps and files, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to help people buy or sell property without too much of a headache. The road out front can get a bit busy during events at the hall, but otherwise, it's a good place to work. We know the local streets and the history of the buildings around here pretty well. It's honest work and we've been at it for a while. We aren't interested in being the biggest, just in doing a decent job for the folks who come through our door. That is how we have always operated.
