Fortune Buildcon

You can find us located right near the NID Hostel on P T Thakkar College Road. It is a pretty good area to be in, and it usually stays quite busy with all the students and people heading back and forth to the college. We are in the construction business, so we spend plenty of our time thinking about things like bricks, cement, and project timelines. Being Fortune Buildcon, we mostly focus on getting buildings up and trying to make sure they are solid for the long term. It is not just about the finished building, though. There is an incredible amount of preparation work that has to happen behind the scenes in our small office. We have files stacked up on the shelves and maps of different project sites spread out all over the tables. Some days the phone just rings off the hook all morning, and other times it stays quiet enough for us to actually get some reading or filing done. We are not trying to be anything fancy or corporate. We are just a group of local people working in the building industry. We know the local roads around here very well because we are constantly moving between the office and the various sites we manage. Building things takes a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong or the weather doesn't help, and you just have to deal with it. We like being in this part of town and doing this work.
