I’m Chirag Shah and I run Moksha Developers. We are over on Sanjivani Marg, specifically in the Rangvarsha Society and Girikunj Society area. It’s a nice part of the neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors. We do things a bit differently here because we don’t have a massive office block. We work out of where we are building. I think it’s better that way because I can see what’s happening every hour. If a truck arrives with the wrong size tiles, I’m right there to tell them to take it back. It saves a lot of time and prevents mistakes later on. My phone is always in my pocket and it never stops buzzing. People want to know when the next floor will be poured or if the plumbing is done. I try to answer everyone but sometimes I’m up on a ladder or talking to the foreman about the cement mix. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do good work on this street. Most of our guys have been with us for years. We know who is good at masonry and who is better at finishing. It’s a lot of small details that add up. We just keep our heads down and keep working until the job is finished. It is the only way we know how to work and it keeps us busy.
