This is Chirag Hasmukhlal Shah again for Moksha Buildcon. We have our spot at S.p. No-12 in Motinagar Society. We are quite close to the Mahalaxmi Cross Road. It is a good location for us because the suppliers can get to us easily. My work involves a lot of checking on details that most people might not notice. I look at the way the pipes are laid and how the plaster is drying. It is not glamorous at all. My clothes usually have some cement dust on them by noon. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s families. It feels more like a small group of friends working than a big company. We have been doing this in Motinagar for a while now. The people around here are used to seeing our gear. We try not to make too much of a mess on the road, but construction is messy by nature. We just focus on the task at hand. If we are working on a house, we treat it like it’s for someone we know. It is about making sure things are sturdy and the walls are straight. We don't use fancy talk. We just talk about bricks, sand, and steel. That is what matters at the end of the day when the sun goes down and we head home. It is a lot of work but it keeps us moving forward.
