We have been operating out of GF4 in the Sumeru Center for quite a while now. Most people find us easily because we are situated right opposite the Karnavati Shoe Bazar in the Paldi area. It is a pretty busy spot with people always moving around. Our mornings usually start quite early, long before the sun is really up, so we can get everything prepared for the day. We make a lot of different snacks, the kind of things people like to take home for their families or eat with tea in the afternoon. The street outside can get very noisy with all the rickshaws and people heading to the market nearby. Our shop is not anything fancy or modern-looking, just a regular place where we keep our shelves filled with fresh batches of farsan. We have some regulars who have been coming to see us for years, and we usually know exactly what they want before they even say a word. It is just how things work in a neighborhood like this. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit cramped and hectic when we are trying to keep up with the demand, but we always manage to get through it. We are not doing anything special here, just cooking up traditional snacks and making sure they taste the way people expect. If you are ever walking through Paldi, you have likely seen our sign hanging out front. We do our best to keep the place tidy, though it is a challenge with so many customers. It is a family-run kind of setup. We do not spend time on decorations.
