Ashokkumar Nahar here. I run Abhay Ratna Developers. We’re located over at 56 57 Jain Nagar Society, just behind the Suvidha Shopping Center. It’s a busy area but we like it here. My days are mostly spent dealing with paperwork and checking on sites. It is a small setup, nothing too fancy. I’ve been doing this for a while now, trying to keep things straightforward for people looking for a place. The office is usually open during normal hours unless I'm out at a project site. Sometimes the traffic near the shopping center gets a bit much, but it makes us easy to find. We don't have a big team or a slick office. It’s just us working through the daily tasks and making sure things get done right. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ve probably seen our sign. Most of our work comes from people who live around here or heard about us through a neighbor. We try to keep things practical. Building stuff takes time and patience, and that’s what we focus on. No big speeches or anything, just day-to-day work. I handle most of the things myself with a little help. It’s a local business and we plan to stay that way. If you need to drop by, just look for the society gate. We’re right there. Not much else to say really, we just keep moving forward with the projects we have on hand.
