Aikya Buildcon Llp is located over at 32, 38 Sanjivbaug on New Sharda Mandir Road. It is a decent spot, tucked away enough that it isn't too noisy, but easy enough for people to find us. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to guys on the job sites. Running a building company means dealing with a lot of small details that most people don't think about, like permits and weather delays. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We’ve been on New Sharda Mandir Road for a bit and have seen the neighborhood grow. There are days when everything goes right and days when the cement truck is late or a pipe leaks. That is just life in this business. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of our projects come from word of mouth. Someone sees a house we finished and asks who did it. We try to be honest about how long things take. It usually takes longer than anyone wants, but that’s the reality of construction. Sometimes we stay late at the office finishing up plans or making sure the numbers add up. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. If you walk by Sanjivbaug, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a quiet enough place to work. We like it here and know the area well. It keeps us busy.
