PAARSHVNAATH INFRABUILD ESTATE LLP is located up on the second floor, room 201, at the Shraddha building. It’s part of the Shri Gnyan Darshan Commercial Complex, right across from the Navkar Flats in Vasna. We’ve been based in this part of town for a bit and it’s a good location for us. Vasna is always busy, so there is plenty of movement outside. We deal with property and infrastructure projects, mostly keeping things local. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place with some desks and a lot of files. We spend quite a bit of time talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth with paperwork and checking on different sites around the area. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It’s more about just staying on top of the projects we have going. Sometimes the complex gets a bit noisy during the day, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things practical. If a project needs doing, we figure out the best way to move forward without overcomplicating things. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard of us through others. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion or anything like that. We just focus on the estate work and making sure we’re at the office when people need to drop off documents or ask a question. It’s a steady way to work and it keeps us busy enough.
