Our office is located at D5/5 in the GIPCL Township in Gujarat. Since we are inside the township, it’s a very different environment than being in the middle of a city. It’s much quieter here and everything is quite organized. The township was built for the people working with the power company, and we have our little spot right here. We do various tasks that come our way, keeping things running smoothly. The unit we are in is simple, just a few rooms set up for work. There aren't many shops or distractions right outside our door, so we mostly just focus on what’s on our screens. We go for walks in the township during our breaks because there is a lot of green space around. It’s a very calm place to be. We don’t have a big sign or anything to show off. Most of the people we interact with already know where we are. Our daily routine is pretty fixed. We come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and work through it until it’s time to go home. It’s not a complicated life. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just want to do our jobs well and enjoy the quiet atmosphere that this part of Gujarat offers. It is a very practical and steady place to be working every day and we like it here.
