You can find our office at Shiva-Krupa, located in the 3-Gayakwadi Plot area of Rajkot. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the bigger cities, which we quite like. The building is just a standard place where we keep our local operations running. In Rajkot, things move at a slightly different pace, but the work we do with elevators stays pretty constant. We spend our time going from one building to another making sure everything is running like it should. Our office is mostly a place to regroup and figure out the plan for the next day. There is usually some grease on the floor and tools sitting out on the benches. We do not try to hide that because that is the reality of the job. It is an honest way to make a living. We do not use any complicated systems or corporate talk here. We just talk to people like neighbors. It is a practical business run by practical people. We take our tea breaks together and then get back to work. It is a simple life here at the Rajkot branch and we are fine with that. It works for us.
