We are located at 306 Samedh, which is right near the Associated Petrol Pump on C G Road in Navrangpura. This part of Ahmedabad is always buzzing with people and cars. Working at Orient Multi Modal Carriers Pvt Ltd, or Orient Shipping as some people call it, means we are always on our toes. The office is in a good spot because we are close to everything, but it can get pretty loud outside. We deal with all kinds of shipping and transport, mostly multi-modal stuff which just means using more than one way to move cargo. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing department. It’s just a few of us in the office checking schedules and talking to agents. We’ve got stacks of paper on our desks and a lot of empty chai cups by the end of the afternoon. The building is easy to find because of the petrol pump nearby, which is handy for people coming to see us. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just regular people who know a lot about boats and trucks. Every morning we come in, check the emails, and start solving whatever problems came up overnight. It's just a normal way to earn a living here on C G Road. We see a lot of people walking by on their lunch breaks too, and sometimes we join them for a quick bite at the stalls nearby.
