Our setup is over at T 12 on Plot 57 in Ward 4B. It is a practical space for an export business like ours. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the main desk handling the phone calls and emails. We deal with various items that need to be sent abroad, so our days are mostly spent coordinating with suppliers and transport companies. The ward is mostly industrial, which makes it easier for the bigger trucks to come and go without getting stuck in residential traffic. We have been in this location for a few years and it serves us well. We don't spend money on polished brochures or big advertisements because most of our work comes from people who already know we can get the job done. It’s a small operation with just a handful of staff members who have been together for a long time. We eat our lunch in the back room and talk about the day's tasks. Sometimes there are delays at the port that keep us busy for extra hours, but that is just part of the export game. We don't try to sound like a huge corporation. We are just regular people working hard to make sure every shipment is correct before it leaves the plot. If you need to find us, just look for the T 12 sign in Ward 4B. We are usually there from early morning until the last box is gone.
