About On Rest Due To Accident – Metals & Minerals in Ahmedabad
Things are pretty slow out here in Tenpur right now. I’m staying at the family place in the Sabarkantha district because of an accident that happened a while back. It wasn't something I planned for, obviously, but now I’m stuck resting up for a long time. Bayad is a quiet area, and being out in the village means there isn't much to do but watch the days go by. My name on the paperwork is basically just what’s happening—I’m on rest. The doctor said I need to keep off my feet, so I spend most of my time sitting out front or in the back room when it gets too hot. People from the village stop by to say hello and ask how the recovery is going. It’s kind of frustrating not being able to move around like I used to, but you can’t fight what happened. The air is better here than in the cities, I guess. I listen to the birds and the tractors going by on the road. Some days are harder than others when the pain acts up, but mostly it’s just boring. I’m just waiting until I can get back to my normal life, whenever that might be. For now, Tenpur is where I’ll be. It’s just me and the family, taking it one day at a time until I’m better. The farm fields are right behind the house, and sometimes I just stare at them for hours. It’s a long road back, but I’m getting there slowly.
