We operate out of office 912 on the 9th floor of the Elite building here in Ahmedabad. Being that high up gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the city if you open a window. We are in the 380060 zip code area, which is a pretty active part of Gujarat. Our daily work is all about international trade. That means we spend a lot of time dealing with time zones, sometimes staying late or coming in early to talk to people in different parts of the world. It is a lot of coordination between suppliers, shipping lines, and the final buyers. We don't have any grand philosophy about what we do. It is just about making sure that the items we are moving get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong, like a document missing a signature or a port strike, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and phone conversations. We try to stay organized with our folders and files, though sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. We are just a regular team working in a high-rise, trying to do our jobs well and keep the business running. It's not a flashy life, but it keeps us busy and involved in the world market.
