We've been at Plot 201 in the GIDC Engineering Estate for a while now. It's right near Kalapatru Transmission in Gandhinagar Sector-28. Most days here are just about getting things loaded and making sure the trucks are moving. It gets pretty dusty out here in Ahmedabad, but that is just part of the job. People know us as Om Logistics Ltd. and we mostly stick to what we know, which is moving freight. The office isn't anything fancy. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where drivers are or why a delivery is running behind. It’s busy work. Sometimes the gate gets crowded with vehicles, but we manage. Most of the staff has been here long enough that they don't need to be told what to do every morning. We just show up, see what's on the schedule, and get to it. Some customers have been coming to this spot for years because they know exactly where to find us near the transmission plant. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually keeps us going. It's a straightforward business. We move items from one place to another and try to keep things organized despite the chaos that sometimes happens in this line of work. If you're looking for us, just look for the sign near the estate entrance. We're usually there until late.
