Olympic Rotor Die Casting

Our shop is located in Shed No.2 at Nathubhana'S Compound. We are right across the street from Chokshi Dying on the Udhana-Magadalla Road. It is a very busy road and the compound itself stays pretty active throughout the week. We do die casting here, specifically focusing on rotors for various uses. It involves a lot of heat and dealing with molten metal, so it gets pretty warm inside during the summer months. We have got the molds lined up and the casting machines running most days of the week. It is definitely not the cleanest job in the world, but we like seeing the finished parts come out of the dies correctly. Sometimes a specific mold needs a bit of extra tweaking or the metal is not pouring quite right, so we spend a lot of time fixing those little issues. We are not a giant corporation with a lot of layers, just a small crew working out of a shed. We know all our neighbors and the guys at the tea stall just down the way. Most of what we do is straightforward casting work. We take the orders, set up our machines, and then just get through the pile of work on the desk. It is steady work and it keeps us all very busy.
