Medix Care

Medix Care is located at 337-C/28 on Muradi Road, right in the Batla House area of Okhla. It is a very crowded neighborhood, so finding a place to park is almost impossible. We usually tell people to come by rickshaw if they can. The building is an older one and our space is on a narrow street that stays busy from morning until late at night. We have been here for a while now, dealing with various medical supplies and equipment. The office is usually filled with the sound of the street outside and the hum of our old computer. We have stacks of files and boxes everywhere, but there is a system to the mess. It is mostly just a couple of us handling everything from the sales to the packing. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is more like a family business where everyone does a bit of everything. Some days we spend more time talking to the neighbors than actually working, but that is just the culture around here. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a small backup to keep the lights on so we can finish the paperwork. It is not the most modern setup, but it is where we started and we have grown fond of the chaos. We just focus on getting the right supplies to the people who need them and keeping the business running.
