M/S Swastik Builders

We are M/S Swastik Builders, and you’ll find us near Wonderland on the Sarkhej Sanand Road. Being so close to the highway means there is always a lot of movement and noise outside. We get a lot of sound from the big trucks passing by, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our tools, maps, and records. It’s not a place designed for hosting big parties or showing off. It’s where we sit down and get to work. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long and a small fridge that’s mostly filled with cold water bottles. We don't use much corporate jargon here. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much time it’s going to take us to finish. Some days are definitely longer than others, especially when we have a lot of deadlines hitting at the same time. We usually have some muddy boots by the front door because we spend a lot of time out and about on different sites. Inside, it’s just us and the work we do. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and we stick to it. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to get things done. It’s a straightforward way of living and working, and it’s served us well enough so far. That is why we stay here.
