You can find us in the Titanium Citycenter building, which is right near the Sachin Tower on the 100 Feet Ring Road. We are in office 309-A, up in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It is a very busy part of town, and the Ring Road is almost always packed with traffic. Being in a big center like Titanium means there are a lot of other businesses around, which makes for a fast-paced environment. We focus on the export and import side of things, trying to stay on top of all the rules that change all the time. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, checking where a ship is or when a customs clearance will come through. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group in a standard office suite. We have our routines, like the morning tea and the midday rush to get the courier packages out. Sometimes it feels like we are just shuffling paper, but then a shipment actually arrives at its destination and it feels like we’ve accomplished something. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving every single day.
