We've been working out of the Sitaram Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Specifically at F.p. No. 283 and 284. It's right between Viratnagar and the Ring Road. Most people know the area because of the traffic, but we like it here. It's where Yash Developers gets things done. We aren't a giant office with fancy glass walls or anything like that. Just a group of people trying to build stuff that lasts. Some days are busier than others. When the trucks come in, the yard gets pretty crowded. We spend most of our time looking at plans or out on the sites. If you’re driving toward the Ring Road, you might have passed us. It's a practical spot for what we do. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing. It's more about showing up every morning and seeing the work through. Sometimes the dust from the industrial estate gets everywhere, but that's just how it is. We know the neighbors around here. It's a hardworking part of town. We just focus on the projects we have at hand and make sure they get finished properly. It's not always pretty, but it's honest work. If you need to find us, look for the sign near the Viratnagar turn-off. We're usually there from early morning until the sun goes down, just handling the daily business of building things. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the small stuff.
