Our unit is located at 423/425 in the GIDC area of Odhav. It’s easy to find because we are right near the Telephone Exchange, which everyone around here knows. Urja Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we get things done without much fuss. The area is quite industrial, so there’s always the sound of hammers or engines in the background. We handle various products, and it's mostly about keeping the inventory straight and dealing with the logistics of getting stuff in and out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. The workspace is a bit cramped sometimes with all the stock, but we manage. We’ve seen the GIDC grow and change, with new units opening up and old ones moving out. We’ve stayed put. Most of our workers live nearby, so it’s a bit of a local community feel even though it’s a heavy industrial zone. We don't spend much on decorating the place; we’d rather spend that on keeping the equipment running well. Rain can be a bit of a mess around here with the roads, but we keep the operations going regardless. It’s a practical way of living. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs what we make, they usually just find us or give us a call based on word of mouth from other units in the area. It is just how things work here.
