Tricon Developers is situated near Karnavati Estate. It is a well-known area and it serves as a good base for us. We are a small team that focuses on building and development work around this part of the city. Our office is nothing special; it is just a place to keep our files and meet with the guys who do the actual labor. We spend most of our time at the construction sites rather than in the office anyway. We like to see the progress of a building as it goes up. It is a messy and loud job, with plenty of dust and mud, but we have been doing it for a long time. We know the local suppliers and the other businesses around Karnavati Estate quite well. We do not bother with big advertisements or corporate branding. We just talk to people directly and try to do what we said we would do. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being short, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work. We do not use any fancy language to describe our business. We are just a local group of builders who know the trade. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just seeing us working on a site near the estate. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
