You can find Suraj Machine Tools at Plot No. L-50-577 in the Gidc area, right near the post office. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Our main focus is on machine tools and different types of industrial equipment. Our workshop is filled with various lathes, milling machines, and a lot of spare parts. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because there’s always oil and metal shavings around, but that is the reality of this kind of work. We don't have any fancy office staff. Usually, the same person who fixes the machine is the one who answers the phone and handles the billing. We do a lot of custom work for local units that have had a breakdown. It can be stressful when a customer is losing money because a machine is down, so we often work late to get things fixed. We don't do any social media or big advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or just because they saw our sign while going to the post office. We just want to do a solid job and make sure the tools we provide or fix actually last. It's tough, physical work but it's what we know best.
