Neputne Estate Corporation

You can find Neputne Estate Corporation tucked behind the Royal Restaurant on the S. P. Ring Road. It’s a busy area because the ring road has so many trucks and cars passing by at all hours of the day. We have been here for a good while and the location works well for us since everyone knows where the restaurant is. Our office is not very big, but it has everything we need to run things. We mostly deal with property and estate matters, so there is always a lot of talking and sorting out documents. The sound of the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We usually have some tea in the morning and start going through the list of things to do. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and some old computers. People come in with questions and we try to give them the answers they need based on what we know about the local market. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road being so close, but we don't mind much. It feels like a real, working office where things actually get done. We are just a group of people trying to keep the business going in a part of town that never really stops moving. It’s honest work and we like being part of the S. P. Ring Road community.
