We are located at Plot No. 143 inside the Tejendra Estate, which is right across from CMC on Soni Ni Chali Road. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Our enterprise isn't something you'd find in a high-rise building. We operate out of a practical space where we can store our goods and talk to our customers face-to-face. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be delivered. Being near Soni Ni Chali Road means we get a lot of people stopping in just because they were passing by. The office is small and usually has a few stacks of ledgers sitting on the table. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shop owners in the estate know us by name. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don't use any fancy software for our day-to-day stuff; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our staff is just a handful of people who know where everything is kept. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets a bit messy, but we still manage to keep the doors open. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to do our job and go home to our families.
