Karnavati Industrial Estate is where you’ll find us, specifically at unit A/118. It’s right near that Reliance petrol pump on the Odhav-Vastral stretch of the S P Ring Road. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know how much dust there is from all the trucks. Hy-Con Solution is a small operation where we handle industrial solutions and parts. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with tools scattered around and half-finished projects on the benches. It’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny showroom. The heat in Ahmedabad is brutal, especially in an industrial shed like this, so we have a few big fans that mostly just push the hot air around. Most of the guys here live nearby in Odhav or Vastral. We start early to avoid the worst of the sun. There’s a lot of grease and heavy lifting involved in what we do. The Ring Road is always loud, so we have to talk pretty loud to hear each other over the traffic and the machines. We’ve been here for a few years now and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the estate. It’s a community of people who just want to get their work done and go home to their families. We usually have a bit of a lunch break together under the shade of the back wall.
