If you come down to the Soni Ni Chawl Cross Road and look for Shree Ram Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at Plot 130. We’ve been operating out of this space for some years now. It’s a crowded area, especially during the mornings when everyone is trying to get their trucks into the estate. We deal with a lot of plastic work here. The machines run pretty much all day, so it stays a bit loud inside the unit. It’s not the quietest job, but we are used to it by now. The staff here are mostly local folks who live nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a factory, plain and simple. Boxes get stacked up, and sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered before the end-of-day cleanup. We try to stay organized, but work gets fast sometimes. We’ve got a couple of old fans that struggle in the summer, but they do the job well enough. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow a tool or help someone out with a heavy load. It’s a tight-knit community here at Shree Ram. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. There’s no marketing department here, just us making sure the stuff is right before it goes on the truck. That is how we operate daily.
